SPINACH DIP

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (4 oz) can of water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (1.8 oz) package dry leek soup mix
  • 1 (16 oz) container sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise 

 

Cooking Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together chopped spinach, water chestnuts, dry leek soup mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Chill in the refrigerator 6 hours, or overnight.

 

ROASTED GARLIC CREAM ITALIAN DRESSING

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Roasted Garlic
  • 3 oz Onion
  • 5 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 oz Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 4 oz Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 20 oz Fat Free Milk
  • 3 oz Italian Seasoning

 

Cooking Instructions

Mix all liquids in a mixing bowl. When the mixture becomes smooth, add the dry ingredients into it.

 

COUNTRY CREAMY CAESAR DRESSING

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Roasted Garlic
  • 3 oz Dried Onion
  • 4 oz Olive Oil
  • 4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 20 oz Low Fat Butter Milk
  • 2 tsp Salt & Pepper
  • 8 oz Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 oz Anchovy Paste
  • 4 oz Water

 

Cooking Instructions

Mix the water with the paste first, then add all the liquids in. Stir them until the mixture becomes smooth. Then slowly add the rest of the ingredients to it and mix them well.

SEASON HARVEST GARDEN STIR FRY

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Organic IQF Shelled Edamame
  • 1/2 lb Organic IQF Sweet Carrot
  • 1/4 lb Organic IQF Chopped Spinach

 

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Organic Chopped Garlic
  • 4 oz Organic Diced Sweet Yellow Onion
  • Pinch of Salt & Pepper

 

Cooking Instructions

Heat 3 tbsp soy bean oil in a sauté pan with. When the oil is hot, quickly stir fry garlic and onion seasoning until aroma rises. Add the ingredients and cook evenly until soft. Season the dish with salt & pepper before serving.

 

STIR FRY SPINACH

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chopped Organic Spinach

 

Seasoning

  • 1 lb Chopped Organic Spinach
  • Pinch of Salt

 

Cooking Instruction

Heat 3 tbsp soy bean oil in a sauté pan with. When the oil is hot, quickly stir-fry the garlic seasoning until aroma rises. Add the spinach and cook evenly until soft. Season the dish with salt before serving.

 

BROILED ORGANIC BROCCOLI

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb of IQF Organic Broccoli Florets
  • 1 oz IQF Chopped Garlic
  • Pinch of Salt & Pepper
  • Dash of Sesame Oil

Stove Top Instructions

Bring ½ gallon water to boil. Cook fresh ingredients for about 45 seconds; 80 seconds is recommended for frozen vegetables. Drain, season for taste, and serve immediately.

 

Microwave Instructions

Place broccoli cuts in a microwave-safe container. Cook on high power for 3 to 4 minutes.

STIR FRY ASPARAGUS

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) bag of IQF asparagus, thawed and drained
  • 2 tsp of vegetable oil
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves or 2 tsp of IQF chopped garlic
  • 10 shrimp

 

Cooking Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok until hot. Add shrimp and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then add asparagus, and a 1/4 cup of water. Cover and cook 3 minutes until asparagus is tender. Serve over rice.

 

CUCUMBER MELODY

Cold Seasoning Mix

 

Ingredients
1 lb oriental cucumber

1/2 medium-sized carrot

 

Seasoning

2 tbsp white rice vinegar

1 tbsp chopped garlic

1 sliced chili red pepper

3 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

 

Cooking Instructions

Scrub cucumber skin and slice crossway into finger-length pieces. Prepare the carrot into matchstick-sized slivers. Mix the ingredients with 2 tsp salt and refrigerate about ½ hour. Rinse off salt and then drain. Toss the two with the seasonings and serve.

 

ORGANIC GARLIC & SEA SALT (Blended Seasoning)

1 lb of mashed potato mix

2 qts of hot milk

 

Cooking Instructions

Blend 1/2oz seasoning in with mashed potato mix, and add 2qts of hot milk. Mix well and it is ready to serve.

 

Ingredients

1 lb IQF edamame (shelled)
Soy Sauce

 

Cooking Instructions

Sauté edamame with 1 tsp of soy sauce, and add 1 tsp seasoning.

  

CREAMY SPINACH DIP

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Roasted Garlic
  • 4 oz Roasted Onion
  • 14 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 oz Olive Oil
  • 4 oz Low Fat Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt & Pepper

 

Cooking Instruction

Heat the oil in a sauté pan , stir in thawed spinach and green pepper, then add roasted garlic and onion. Mix them well. Set aside.

Add milk to pan, then cream cheese to blend. Add seasoning with salt & pepper to taste. Pour the mixture into the spinach slowly and mix everything well.
